so today i haven't eaten anything at all, i feel so down right now, as my cousins granddad died today and i know that they were really close. It going to be a sad couple of days.

So i did netball today, i felt quite shakey though. But i was ok afterwards. I'm going swimming on sunday with my friends so thats good. My friend lauren saw me throw my sandwiches away and started asking me questoins. Obviously i'm not going to tell her that i'm not eating again as she will nag me 2 eat and then things will get worse, so i just sed that i didn't like the filling in them. Luckily she stopped asking me questions!! I can't wait until sunday, i'm going swimming for 5 hours, as this is what me and my friends usually do on weekends, plus its a good way 2 lose weight.

The only thing i have 2 eat 2nyt is dinner, but i'll do some exercising tonight to burn it of!!! I can't wait!!! I have running on thursday at school YAY!! More calories burned off! haha this is so easy and no one suspects anything this time. I should be at my goal weight pretty soon! I've already dropped 2 dress sizes (from a size 10 to 6) and size 4 nearly fits me! the weight is just falling of!
